1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Join4Crew website, creating an account, or purchasing any product or service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.

If you are using our services on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case "you" refers to the entity.

2. Our Services

Join4Crew provides a marketplace of premium software solutions, Django web application templates, and related digital products. Our offerings include:

• Downloadable Django project templates with full source code
• Demo access to live admin portals ("Trial Access")
• Solutions consulting and information resources
• Ancillary support documentation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

3. Accounts

Registration

To purchase products or access trial portals, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised use of your account.

One Account Per Person

Each account is for a single individual or legal entity. You may not share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.

4. Purchases & Payments

Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Join4Crew does not store your full card details. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once source code has been downloaded or trial access has been granted, except where required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a purchased product, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve it.

5. License & Use

Template Purchases

Upon purchasing a template, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the source code for personal or commercial projects. You may:

• Build and deploy an unlimited number of projects using the purchased code
• Modify the code to suit your requirements
• Use the code in client projects, provided you do not resell the template itself

Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the template source code as a standalone product
• Share your download with third parties who have not purchased the template
• Claim authorship of the original template design or code

Trial Access

Trial (demo) access to portal environments is provided for evaluation purposes only. Trial access is time-limited per the terms stated at purchase and may not be used for production workloads.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Join4Crew services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of Join4Crew or any third party
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest content without our written permission
• Use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Join4Crew website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, template designs, and code before purchase — is the property of Join4Crew Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Join4Crew name, logo, and brand marks may not be used without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of any information on the site.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Join4Crew Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profit, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of (or inability to use) our services.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Join4Crew Ltd and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we determine you have violated these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your licence to use purchased templates remains valid for projects already in development, but you may no longer download new purchases or access trial portals.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
